Are There Official Modding Tools?
As of the latest itch.io prototype build (0.5.5), Dressmaker does not have official modding capabilities or Steam Workshop integration. The game is highly structured around its built-in physics and tailoring mechanics.
While players in the community have expressed a strong desire to import custom fabrics or design their own clothing patterns, the developers are currently focused on completing the core experience for the full Steam release. Mod support could be a possibility in the future once the base game is finished.

Cheats and "Unlock All" Saves
Some players look for cheat codes or trainers to unlock all patterns and fabrics instantly. However, Dressmaker doesn't have a hidden developer console or traditional cheat codes (like infinite money).
The prototype is relatively short (about 2-3 hours of gameplay). Unlocking everything through normal progression is part of the cozy experience. If you are struggling to progress or earn enough funds, we highly recommend checking out our guides instead of risking a corrupted save file:
- Need better scores? Read the 100% Sewing Quality Score Guide to get perfect stitches and maximum payouts.
- Stuck on layout? See the Cutting Efficiency Guide to stop wasting valuable fabric.

Avoiding Scams, VIP Mods, and "Взлом"
In various regions, there are high search volumes for terms like "dressmaker взлом" (Russian for hack/crack) or "Dressmaker VIP Android Mod".
Please be aware: Dressmaker is a Name-Your-Price game on PC. You do not need a modified file to play it for free, nor is there an official mobile version to hack. Websites claiming to offer unlimited money APKs for your phone are fake and likely contain viruses. Always use the official download links.
